About the System

Coffee Production Data Collection & Planning System

A centralized platform developed by the Philippine Coffee Board, Inc. (PCBI) to streamline the collection, monitoring, and analysis of coffee production data across all producing regions of the Philippines.

Our Mission

To provide accurate, timely, and accessible coffee production data that supports evidence-based planning and policy-making for the Philippine coffee industry.

Who Uses This

Municipal Agricultural Officers, Provincial and Regional Planning Staff, Department of Agriculture field offices, and industry stakeholders across the Philippines.

What We Track

Production volume, farm area, number of farmers, yield per hectare, and expansion plans for all four coffee varieties — Robusta, Arabica, Excelsa, and Liberica.

Coverage

All 18 administrative regions of the Philippines, with data contributed by municipal-level agricultural officers and validated at provincial and regional levels.

The Philippine Coffee Board, Inc. (PCBI) is a private sector-led organization established in 2002 to develop and promote the Philippine coffee industry. PCBI works closely with government agencies including the Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) to support coffee-producing communities nationwide.

Headquartered in Amadeo, Cavite — the Coffee Capital of the Philippines — PCBI coordinates data collection, capacity building, and market development programs that benefit Filipino coffee farmers.
